Jigsaw is a cooperative learning strategy that enables each student of a “home” group to specialize in one aspect of a topic. Each week, we signed up for a chapter to divide among other team members and summarize the chapter and we each selected a chapter application to answer. Fridays we were assigned presentation groups and were grouped with experts from other home groups and we shared multiple chapters in one presentation. We used Canva and Google Slides for the presentations.
For the Pair-n-Share activity, I used Canva to create my slides. I also used Screencast-o-Matic for screen capture. I uploaded the slides to VoiceThread. Click on each of the images below to visit VoiceThread and view the presentation and leave comments.
