Earning my Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi is more than a milestone—it’s the reflection of faith, resilience, and a deep commitment to helping others rise. For over 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of serving in higher education, walking alongside students, faculty, and colleagues as they discover their strengths, overcome challenges, and find their path forward.
My journey at TAMU–Corpus Christi began as an Administrative Assistant in Recreational Sports and evolved into leadership roles across the university—from managing federal grant programs to supporting academic success and coaching. Each position has been rooted in one goal: helping people grow.
After earning my second Master’s degree in Instructional Design and Educational Technology, I knew I wanted to do more—to lead with intention, to create change, and to design learning experiences that empower. That calling led me to pursue and complete my doctorate, and today, I use my voice, knowledge, and creativity to support others in reaching their fullest potential.
This work is personal. It’s purpose-driven. And I’m so glad you’re here.T ake a closer look at my Instructional Design (IDET) portfolio, my Educational Leadership (ELDL) portfolio, read through my blog, and learn about my professional experiences on my curriculum vitae.
